Who ARE O&s?

Establishing themselves in 2013 as a small floral design company, Chikae Okishima-Howland & Jessica Simmonds went on to dominate the London floristry scene under the stylish and well executed brand 'O&S - Okishima & Simmonds'

Working together to create stunning weddings, photoshoots & events they took the floristry scene by storm, featured in all the top wedding blogs & most national newspapers. In 2016, after discovering and then excelling in their own individual roles in the world of weddings, floristry, photography and styling Chikae & Jessica restructured, rebranded & relaunched themselves as two sister companies, each focusing on their specialities whilst still working together on collaborative projects to bring their clients the highest quality products & service they can offer

I love that I get to be creative everyday and that it translates into my everyday life and vice versa, not just with my clients. My hope is to create a home away from home for me and for you so you can find beauty in your surroundings and capture them with intention.

I hope we can work together to capture those authentic moments, memories, and experiences.

Floral Designer | Wedding & Event Stylist & Planner | Floral Fashion Specialist

Jessica started her career in floristry over 11 years ago - starting as a Saturday girl, then moving on to a full time florist with Daisy Chain in Leeds whilst gaining her degree in Fine Art.

The summer course at The Academy of Flowers introduced her to the massive potential of commercial floristry that can be reached in London & prompted the move down south.

Her passion has always been nature - leading to a wild, colourful style that has been delighting brides and clients since her move to London. With an emphasis on British grown flowers, interesting textures & combinations her style is instantly recognisable.

Jessica is always keen to explore new ways of working with flowers - creating dresses, head pieces and installations all from natural plant based materials. Whatever your vision, she will strive to help you achieve it.

She lives & breathes weddings so is the perfect person to hold your hand & guide you through the process. From simple bouquets, buttonholes & flower crowns to huge installations & flower walls she will be your expert throughout the planning.

From the first meeting - where you think you have no idea what you would like... (you really do - you show us a Pinterest board that screams to us what your style is but you just don't know it) to the market visit two weeks before... (where you get really excited about seeing everything for real & realise that it's so close now)... all the way through to that moment where we hand you your bridal bouquet in your hotel room on your wedding day (and you cry because ''it's all too much...'')
