The last wedding of the year

As 2015 draws to a close, we sign off with this wedding at the quaint Merton Registry Office in Morden, London.

What 2016 has in store for us... only we can know a little about :) But I can tell you, we have a lot of exciting travels coming up!

Happy New Year!

Love C & J

Hand-made brooch we made for the bride. The dried rose you see here, was given to her by her now husband a long time ago, and she had kept it all this time as a memento. We were honoured to have been entrusted with this and to have been able to give it a new form. We added some dried hydrangea, berried eucalyptus and astrantia to soften the edges and make the rose stand out more.

A special mention to the lovely Nicola of Flowers By Eve for lending us the two urns, when ours didn't arrive on time from the wholesaler! You were a lifesaver. :)
